Not sure about next year? That’s OK. Returning students may cancel through February 28, 2027, without a cancellation penalty.

Scheduled SAP Maintenance - September 13

UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) uses a regularly scheduled maintenance window in order to apply critical updates and apply patches to SAP systems. During the maintenance window, customers can expect all SAP systems (e.g. myuk.uky.edu, myUK mobile app) to be offline or have limited functionality.

Next maintenance window: Saturday, September 12, 2026 - 8am - noon
