Returning students can cancel their housing application in myUK through Feb. 28, 2027, without a cancellation penalty. A $50 nonrefundable application fee applies.

Upper-level students have several options, including two communities designed with sophomores, juniors and seniors in mind: Boyd Hall on North Campus and University Flats on Central Campus
